My name is Hellen Gift Ndagano, and I am a journalism and multimedia storytelling student with an interest in human-centred stories that explore people`s everyday lives and experiences. I enjoy learning about people, their journeys, and the passion behind what they do. For this project, I will focus on a story of a gym instructor, exploring their journey into the fitness industry, what motivates them, the challenges they experience, and how they help others achieve their fitness goals. Through interviews, photography, audio, video, and writing, I hope to bring their story to life while developing my skills as a multimedia journalist.
